Shipping Information:Closet Boutique uses the USPS (United States Post Office) for all our shipping needs. We insure all items that we ship for their actual value, this insurance is included in the shipping cost. We also include a $5.00 handling fee to cover the packaging costs incurred.

Shipping Address Options:Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected or entered on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered with us, you can select an address from your account, or create a new one. Just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout.

Item availability:Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. If you have any inquiries to see if an item that is not listed is in stock at the store, please contact us!

Do you have sizing information:Every brand runs differently so if you are between sizes, are unsure of what size you would be, or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us! We will do our best to help answer your questions as quickly as possible.

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate:You can redeem your gift certificate by coming into the store. Gift Certificate must be present in order to be redeemed. If you are not in the area, you can also call the store with an order and we can redeem it that way.

What is your return policy:Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?Once your package has been received at Closet Boutique, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ClosetBoutiqueAvalon.com.
